It was my first time at cinnabon. I did not understand the menu or know what to get. The employee was very helpful asking me what type flavors do I like and suggested the caramel pecan bun which was great because I like sweet and salty. She also saw me with other shopping bags and asked if I would like a plastic bag to hold everything together to make it easier on me. Such great service
I Went to Cinnabon couple of days ago i got Chocolate Peanut Butter Candy Bon made with REESE'S PIECES minibon. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup with REESE's Bon center of the roll and classic bonbites at it's looks good.
when I first arrived I had to wait for up to 15 mins when the man could've taken me before going to get more supplies once I was finally able to order he was friendly but gave me a dry barely iced classic roll
It smells soooo good when I walk towards the store. I can smell it from kohls, that’s how good the smell can reach you!!! Honestly everyone working are all hard working people. They even recommended so many toppings I can put on my Cinnabon which was very helpful. I don’t know why people love to ruin others business but here I am telling you an honest review.
