I bought a Cinnabon and asked them to warm it up they got frustrated and burnt the Cinnabon it was hard and disgusting

Years ago if you went to Cinnabon you could get a nice hot fresh cinnamon roll as it came out of the oven. It was amazing. Well today I walked by and the girl had a nearly tray full of 11 sitting in the window. She also had a new tray that she was icing. I asked, can I get one of the fresh ones. She pointed the old ones and she said, these are fresh. So I said, but I'd like a hot one just out of the oven. She shook her head and said, I have to sell these other ones first. I got there at 11:30 and no one was there. A few minutes later, someone showed up and said he got to work late and needed an hour and a half to make them. He only had a couple of boxes either 9 or 12—to sell. I only wanted 4. The Mall open at 10am and by 1130am nothing was available not even in the oven. SMH

It was my first time at cinnabon. I did not understand the menu or know what to get. The employee was very helpful asking me what type flavors do I like and suggested the caramel pecan bun which was great because I like sweet and salty. She also saw me with other shopping bags and asked if I would like a plastic bag to hold everything together to make it easier on me. Such great service
