I went Saturday, October 24th in the evening and it was so busy. There were three young ladies working and honestly it was so chaotic but they had it all under control! Their customer service was outstanding-Fast and friendly! They were telling guests ahead of time there was a short wait and each of them had a job to do which effectively and efficiently kept the line moving. I was expecting subpar customer service but the ladies at this Cinnabon were so sweet and made jokes that were actually funny. Definitely made the experience more enjoyable and my Cinnabon was warm and presentable. Thank you Haneen, Layali, Pallabi.

Layali and the crew were extremely welcoming and helpful during my visit at Cinnabon. I had issues with the app and Layali was patient and guided me through the steps. I love this location and will make this my home store. Great job girls! 🩷

I came here a few days ago on Monday and I was having trouble with my app and there was a really nice worker that helped me figure it out. She was wearing a black head covering and I just really appreciated her patience, the Cinnabon was really really good too

The experience at this location was not good today. There is only one person working there and she was helping a man upload the app to place his order with a promo or coupon. After 10 minutes I was able to place my order. However, the trays that were prepared with the mini and classic rolls had flies around them. The only items covered were the center of the rolls. Also, I wanted a hot coffee and there wasn’t any made even though this location had just opened.
