One hour before closing they don’t want make nothing.
Called to get help regarding an order placed on their app, as it was not received. The female employee who answered started to argue, scream, and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional and argumentative, with no sense of “good customer service”.
So good! The rolls are always warm, gooey, and super fresh. The staff was friendly and quick with service especially from the worker with dyed hair she helped me pick out a really tasty cinnamon roll
I ordered a churro and a cinnamon roll without icing which the worker said would take 10 minutes to make which I was fine waiting for, but after 20 minutes I checked in again and she said they forgot to put it in and did a bit later so it’d take another 5 minutes but once it finished baking they gave us an extra cinnamon roll for free (and still added the icing on the side!) which pleasantly surprised me. woodfield cinnabon will forever be my favorite I just visited today and got a 4 pack and it was WONDERFUL! they were soft and fresh no issues with the employees they all were doing their job and getting it done! anytime i come the teenagers working there have everything under control and always treat us with respect! Thats all there is to it, its not a small business bakery its a store at the mall. And for that it is absolutely amazing.
