Went at 545 on a Sunday we were a group of 7. I'm guessing she was the manager a older lady. Refused to give us her name. We were there August 16th. She yelled that it would be 10minutes if we wanted classics. I know we wanted at least 2 classics and one pecan. 2 chocolate latte chill plus what ever the rest of the party wanted. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. The employees look and act like they hate their job. Very unpleasant experience .. should consider hiring people who actually wanna do the job.

Bought 2 boxes 1 lrg and 1 small, and 2 drinks and it cost me almost $70, absolutely ridiculous price and I didn't receive any extra frosting. Ordered a cold brew and it tasted like coffee water, it had no flavor. Older lady at counter was rude and unfriendly. Food not worth the service or cost.

The young gentlemen with the long hair who helped serve us was quite rude. We asked for a cup of water for our medically disabled son and he refused and told me that it’s against cooperate policies. You kidding me? We purchased food but can’t get a small courtesy cup of water? That’s ridiculous.. never supporting this business stand ever again..
