Cinnabons were severely undercooked today.
I went to get cinnamon buns to have for Christmas morning. They were out of the regular size Cinnabon so I had to get minis. They charged me over $8 more for 6 minis than what 9 regular would have cost. They said it was because they ran out of the big boxes and had to use more little boxes. That's not my problem! My son tried to argue but it was too crowded and the staff didn't seem to care.
Went in there on Christmas Eve, and it was a mess, only 1 register was open at the time. Waited in line for approximately 15 minutes with about 3 other people in line. When another coworker opened the second register, he took the last person in line, instead of taking the next person which was me. When I told him he got nasty and started saying well I took this customer. Never ever am I coming here again. The mini bon is 5$: the size of a half donut. Smh… prices are getting ridiculous.
