Staff is very rude very aggressive, not friendly when asked the simplest questions. There response is extremely rude and very dismissive. This use to me a good spot to go too the manager was very rude lso even other guest in line noticed it and people got out of line an walked way we were about to but really wanted a Cinnabon didn’t expect this from a place I used to frequent often when in Lancaster. Very disappointed retrain staff immediately and start over.
everything is super yum, but the employees are NOT yum. i asked for THREE DIFFERENT DRINKS, all with the same response that those “weren’t available” this close to closing. There’s over an hour until closing!! Employees that try to close before ACTUAL closing time are not yum!!
We waiting in line for 20 minutes and once we got in the front, Customer Service was so bad that we had to walk away.
Whenever I'm at Park City I always make it a habit to go to cinnabon. Today I saw three gentlemen prepping, sales and cooking. No one had on gloves. I understand they don't have to wear gloves. It's cold and flu season hello. Now I will go when I see gloves on hands. You lost a sale today. Personal hygiene please.
