Whenever I'm at Park City I always make it a habit to go to cinnabon. Today I saw three gentlemen prepping, sales and cooking. No one had on gloves. I understand they don't have to wear gloves. It's cold and flu season hello. Now I will go when I see gloves on hands. You lost a sale today. Personal hygiene please.
I was disappointed with the service from the lady that helped me.... She lacked a warmth, personality, and customer care that would inspire me to return to buy from that kiosk again.
Horrible management and customer service.
Stood in line for 10 minutes, which is whatever. I understand it's a high volume place. Got 4 regular cinnamon rolls and a cookie for my daughter. These cinnamon rolls were absolutely horrid. The dough was hard, the cinnamon was crunchy....crunchy?????? The only good part was the cream cheese glaze. Paid $30 for cinnamon rolls and a cookie when I could have went to Walmart and paid $10 and they would have tasted better. Extremely disappointed, would not recommend and will NOT be going back.
Worst coffee. Ordered a coffee beverage that tasted like straight syrup. Asked for an adjustment, boy at counter says can't take back over counter. Asked for refund. No refund allowed. Gave new cold brew, wo syrup....tasted like water w a coffee bean in it. Disappointed w this Cinnabon. My recommendation is to go to Auntie Ann's next door.
