Old white lady who works here is very rude. When she was taking my order an employee walked over with a new tray of fresh Cinnabons. When I told the rude lady I would like one of those she told me both trays were made at the same time and were frosted at different times, then proceeded to give me one that was already sitting on display. I ordered a never opend box of 6 Cinnabons classics. I get my order and there is a fly /gnat inside. Im disgusted.
The classics looked halfway frosted and when I asked the worker to warm it for me, she responded that “they are already warm”. I’ve been eating here for over 15 years and they used to not have a problem warming the buns but now I had to leave with a cold one. Will not be returning.
There were only two left in the display so I asked if there would be more soon those were ugly she replied they’re fresh Do you want them or not. I was about to get FOUR reason I did ask! I despise rude people. Terrible rude employees
