I walked in, greeted the employee behind the counter with a smile, and politely asked how she was doing. Instead of a pleasant interaction, I was met with a cold, rude, "Fine, what can I get you."I ordered a Caramel PecanBon and a coffee. Old lady is overly rude. Not at all pleasant to communicate with, and gives off a genuinely unwelcoming feeling for no reason, and I’ve interacted with her a few times now. The other employees are very kind though
Y'all cinnabons are not fresh and they've been sitting out and they are old
Old white lady who works here is very rude. When she was taking my order an employee walked over with a new tray of fresh Cinnabons. When I told the rude lady I would like one of those she told me both trays were made at the same time and were frosted at different times, then proceeded to give me one that was already sitting on display.
