Rude staff customer service horrible they messed my order then argued with me on how it was messed up! Very unprofessional
I tried to get a refund or exchange for the two raw cinnamon rolls I was given and they refused to do both. They also stated that this dough is not raw.
I asked staff if they do anything for birthdays and they said no. So I looked online and found otherwise, and went back to redeem my birthday reward. They had flat out lied.. and brought my mood down on my birthday. Pretty unpleasant experience overall.
Sign says kids eat free, lady didn’t Believe I had a son. Paid for my food and when my son arrived they didn’t give me shit. lol dude man looked sick to coughing all over the food .. 🤢
We ordered a churro for $4+! I only went through with it because I promised my kid. It was garbage.
