Informed the owner (Tom Brooks) that I was needing an addition to my concrete patio to make a basketball court. His guys poured the concrete with a down grade slope (not ideal for basketball). When I told Tom, he ensured he would make it right, but we had to wait 21 days for the concrete to cure. It’s been about 50 days (or more) and the owner has basically quit responding, or will set a date that he will come by and that day will come and go. Proof that you can’t always trust a kind person to do what’s right.
