Great experience with my past orders. I have ordered multiple bicycle and bicycle accessories from this business and can honestly say I had a great experience. I won’t lie I had a similar situation where I was charged twice for some sick but it ended up being an internet connection error. The customer service person assured me they only received one payment, my bank refunded my money next day.
Absolute trash! My girlfriend attempted to buy a bike online through the Cinelli outlet. When their website got to the payment options page, it just threw an error, saying payment wasn't accepted. That day, she goes into her bank account: 3 pending charges (same bike charged 3 times). She then talked to them for 3 days straight and the Cinelli rep was telling her that even though the charges are pending, they will not go through.
