I always use Cindy for alterations and have had nothing but the best results at a phenomenal price! Wonderful customer service, wonderful people and the only place I would ever go. :)

Horrible Customer Service – Well, I have been going to Cindy's since I moved here in 2005. I will never go back. A few months ago, I had two pairs of dress pants hemmed. One of the hems came out and I took them to Cindy to have it redone. She stated that the hem was not her work, not her thread and she did not do it. I stated that, yes, in fact, she had done the them....she again stated the same thing. I could not believe the audacity of this woman. Used them once and will never use them again! – I took a bridesmaid dress there to be altered per a recommendation of a friend and needed it in a rush. They said is was only a $2 charge for a RUSH service, which I thought was crazy cheap so I assumed the prices would be reasonable. After she did the fitting, she told me it was going to be $102 because it had to be taken in drastically and hemmed, so even though I thought that was a bit much, it had to be done. Excellent! – The people working there re friendly and never afraid to give you their opinion and they do their best to save you money evenb though they are the cheapest place ive been able to find, not that there work show it! no one can even tell ive had things altered they look brand new. They can do anythng and if they cant do something they will recommend some who can! i will never go anywhere else!

Excellent! – First used Cindy in 2003. Have had several suits tailored since then. I'm an athletic build and most suites that I purchase are standard (portly). The trousers have to be torn down and rebuilt with the pockets closer together. Jackets aren't as difficult. They do fine work. I have not been dissatisfied...ever.

would not recommend for wedding dresses! – Would not recommend for wedding dress alterations. I paid to have my dress altered and had to take it somewhere else the day before my wedding to have it fixed.

EXCELLENT – I had 3 dresses and a jacket altered by Cindy and all items look fantastic! Cindy does IMPECCABLE work with great prices and a fast turn around. My Dad also had a suit altered there and Cindy was able to turn it around the next day in time for my Dad's vacation. I will never go anywhere else for my tailoring needs! Cindy's Tailoring is truly is one of the city's best!

Good experience – I've taken a pair of Levis (Skinners) to get tailored with the original hems. I was pleased with the work. I've also taken a couple of chinos and liked the results. The prices are good with quick turnaround.
