Love Kim! If you are going during lunch time make sure you have at least an hour.
I've only been here once, but my expereince was actually pretty good. They were very friendly , and gave great massage with pedi. I was pretty satisfied when almost three weeks later my pedi was almost intact! So far so good! And if you go during "buisness hours" its pretty quiet in there.
