Excellent across the board!!! I would recommend you give them a try and you will leave very happy. They go above and beyond to assure that your special day is indeed a beautiful event. The owner (Johnnie Andrus) is not only a true professional, but you will know that you are dealing with a family friend. Thank you Johnnie for making my day so exceptionally wonderful and a day I'll never forget.
Love love love! Got my wedding dress here. The owner and the sales clerk were so kind and polite. The shop is quaint and beautiful. I drove all the way from Houston to go to this shop and i would make the drive again without any hesitation.
I LOVED this shop! I've shopped her for many years ans recently needed a dress THAT day and I was treated very nicely and left with a dress I loved. They were very nice to me and the shopped smelled and looked GREAT. I'm shocked to see some of the reviews. The employee that helped was new but she did a great job and I am very pleased. The owner was very nice and I recommend Cindy's to anyone
If there was a zero star rating... Cindy's would certainly be receiving it! I have never encountered such rude customer service in my life, especially considering we were the ONLY customers in the entire shop (which looked like an old dirty gas station). Such foul personnel should not be working in a bridal/prom shop. I am surprised they are still in business, it makes me think I should open my own bridal shop in Vidor, which would certainly take them out. My advice... Suki's in Orange, TX or Genie's Bridal in Beaumont. Than... read more
DO NOT shop at Cindy’s Bridal & Formal. They have terrible customer service- I have never been treated so rudely by a sales clerk in my life. My daughter and I were shopping for her prom dress. It was a Saturday and she could not decide about the dress, so we returned Monday morning for a second look. The sales clerk was rude and snippy with us when we first entered the store.
