As an existing customer I called for an appointment for ankle injury. First thing receptionist says is we are booked for 5 weeks. Conversation over. So arrogant! No effort to find out what the problem is or try to put on cancellation list. It felt like no interest in customer service. Alright! you are busy and making money. I get it. Dr. Cindy Lewis is the most skilled foot doctor that I have known. I had two great toenail removals in one day. Compassionate, knowledgeable and competent. Lovely personality. Virtually painless freezing needles in toes. 4th time for this procedure in other offices that failed. An excellent experience in all aspects. I would recommend her for all your foot care needs. I took my 91 year old mother to the clinic to have her toe nails cut. Wow, what an amazing job Zack did. My mothers nails were growing over her toes & causing a lot of discomfort. Her nails are trimmed beautifully, shaped nice & the thickness filed down. Her nails will be easy for me to maintain now. I highly recommend this clinic for gentle, professional foot care.
I have now had foot care (ingrown toenails) twice from Zack and have been very pleased with his care. He is young and professional and kind and easy to speak to. He answers my questions and I came away both times with much happier feet. Thank you.
