My daughter is a chronic illness patient who makes frequent visits to the ER. Because they are so frequent, she is treated quite rudely by doctors and nurses and is too often assumed to be a drug seeker even when the situation is clear. This evening Dr. Usher was on duty in the Methodist Katy ER. She was so kind and compassionate and acknowledged my daughter's condition as legitimate and ordered the medications she needed without hesitation. Although this is a bit late but couldn’t not leave a review for this excellent doctor. Dr. Usher was extremely helpful, kind and so sweet when my elderly father was admitted to the ER in January. Dr. Usher went above and beyond to take care of my father and always updated us to keep us informed. She is not only an excellent doctor, but also compassionate and kind. We will never forget and can’t thank her enough. She is an asset to your organization.
