Absolutely terrible recent experiences. It started off well when I saw her in the beginning, but that entire office staff is incompetent. They made me come back 3 times for labs they forgot and Dr. Truong's nurse assistants are the rudest and most impolite people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I never even get the chance to talk to the doctor on mychart, only the assistants/staff who have no clue what me and my doctor speak about during our visits. Dr. Truong and her team are a group of caring practitioners whose primary concern is the patient's overall well being. She is not one who will treat a symptom; rather, she explores all aspects of the individual's health. Dr. Truong is kind, caring, respectful, and patient. She is one of the best doctors I have ever had; I highly recommend her.
She is awesome Dr, she takes time to listen to patients. Asks questions and listens, she’s patient. She goes through patients problems, gives options. She’s made myself and family healthier. I’ll recommend her to anyone who needs a the right and caring provider.
I absolutely love Dr Truong. She is patient, listens to your concerns, and helps determine a healthy pathway that works for you. I put off looking for a primary care physician for a long time (too long). I am glad I found her.
Dr.Truong is an awesome doctor. She listens to your concerns. If there is a problem she is willing to look into it with you. Where others do not listen or think they know better, she is not that way at all. She takes your concerns to heart, and will work with you.
