Need a realtor for a new build? YES YOU DO! The house price typically includes the realtor fee. Why not have those dollars work for you?! We did and I was extremely glad we had Cindy working for us. We had a few issues with our new build of which one issue was extreme and needed many meetings of remediation. Cindy managed it all for us and resolved it to our satisfaction!
