Cindy Oldfield is the most wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful realtor! She helped us buy our home in 2018, and then helped us sell it, and buy a new home this past summer. Cindy helped us with every step in the process, and managed to have our house sold within less than 2 weeks of listing it 🤩. She was open, honest and always available to communicate when we needed her. I would recommend Cindy to everyone I know. She is a dream to work with, a wonderful person and an incredible realtor!
I would not recommend Cindy Oldfield to sell your home. We used her and I regret it everyday. She was very pleasant and seemed to have a lot of ideas as how to sell our home. That’s where it ended. She did not suggest a selling price, we did. She did not suggest how to stage the house, we did. We always had to come to her office to sign paperwork, she never came out to our house. We had to ask for a feature sheet to be made up. We could NEVER get a hold of her, always had to leave messages and when she finally got back to us... read more
