My guy turned me on to Cindy's Nails when I moved to Florida three years ago. He would take his Mom for a mani/pedi every month until she passed. Cindy is very friendly & sweet. She always greets you with a smile. The shop has seen many upgrades and improvements in the past year. The pani chairs are equipped with different settings for a massage. I went here in December and will never go back. The "No Refunds" written all over their pricing should have been the first clue for me. I had a manicure with gel nail polish. I do not remember the name of the tech that did my nails, but she really didn't pay attention. She cut me twice when she was trimming my cuticles. While she used the Dremel tool to remove my old polish, I had to pull away twice because it was getting too hot on my fingertips. I have been going there for my eye brows for 10 years. It was always good service and job . However, today I went there, and ask them for wax eye brows and one of the ladies did the work, but when I got to my car, and saw myself in the mirror, she did not cut them at all. A good explanation of why I did not feel pain when she was doing the procedure.
