I decided to see Cindy when I chose to stop taking the contraceptive pill and then my pre-period skin issues came back. I had multiple issues- lots of aggressive pimples, lots of stress, lack of sleep, tightness, no energy etc. She has really helped to improve my sleeping, my skin is improving and I have more energy. Cindy Morris is a fabulous naturopath. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Cindy took me on a grocery tour which helped me establish good eating habits without the stress of wondering what to eat and where to find it. Cindy is good at keeping me on track and has all the tools and knowledge to explain the science behind her recommendations. I highly recommend Cindy to anyone wanting to improve their health or lose weight.
