Cindy and her team are exceptionally helpful, patient and understanding. I have had nothing but great interactions with everyone I encounter. It is so helpful that they are open for a short time on a Saturday to help out clients. It is very rare to find great customer service! I appreciate and I am thankful for them especially when dealing with insurance of any kind.
I completed an online process and submitted an application for service. 8 was able to speak with an agent to assist me and complete the process.
