0 Stars if it was an option. I do not recommend Cindy Reichert Brooks. I have complex autoimmune disease and was instructed by my University of Michigan specialist to be seen urgently. My regular PCP was out of the office, and she was the only available provider. I arrived 13 minutes late. Despite Memorial Healthcare's 15-minute policy, I was refused care and told to see my unavailable PCP. No assessment was offered. The next day, I required ER treatment for IV fluids and medication. My baby has colic and it has been such a rollercoaster trying to figure things out, but Cindy has been so patient and so willing to try anything to get things figured out. She has so much empathy and takes times to explain things. Just an absolutely stellar person to be in medicine.
Amazing provider. Beyond impressed with my experience with both her and her office. Felt comfortable and heard during my appointment. She/her office also went out of their way to help me get a medication filled after I forgot it while on a trip out of state. Long wait for first patient appointments, but it’s worth it to get quality care.
Wonderful doctor! Signed on as a patient with my wife after not having a doc for years. She always listens, and cares. We come from Lansing to see her.
Cindy is absolutely PHENOMENAL. She has truly made me believe in healthcare again because I’ve never met a more caring, attentive, and intelligent doctor in my life. She is sensational and I’m so grateful to be a patient of hers
