My family has always been with state farm and Cindy. I have been with them for 14 years. Cindy is very knowledgeable and caring. I have had two different vehicles totaled in accidents. Cindy was always there to help and to make the process go smoothly. I never have an issue getting a hold of anyone and have even been offered a number to call her outside of office hours. Amazing is the only way to describe our Stste Farm agent of more than 35 years, Cindy Jackson. We recently experienced a multiple vehicle accident while headed to vacation. We were 6 hours into our 12 hour drive when the unthinkable happened, thankfully everyone was uninjuried.
