I had an excellent experience as a new patient at the Hyde Park location. The staff was warm and welcoming, and they made the check-in process quick and effortless. Nadine, PA-C, was exceptionally professional and compassionate, and it was truly refreshing to have a provider listen to my concerns and genuinely help. I will definitely be returning and would recommend this practice to future patients.

My husband got a biopsy done here and the receptionist Geri called me and told me my husband had a severe skin cancer and he needed to come in urgently to get a surgery scheduled. My husband came in the following Thursday just for Dr Nadine to say it was a pre cancer lesion and can be frozen off. My husband and I were scared to death for no reason. Dr Nadine said people get these sun spots all the time and they’re treatable…

I recently had an appointment with the PA a while ago it was a great experience. I brought my grandmother here last week and PA Nadine was the best yet again! Nadine helped me with all my questions that other Drs weren’t able to do in the past. Her assistant Madeline was very welcoming and offered me samples at the end of the visit both times I’ve seen her. I wish I had a better experience with the receptionist Gerry. I was referred there by my primary care to have some spots removed and tested. I had PA Nadine look at the issue. She said that because some were tested and were negative in the past that the insurance would not pay. Removing them would be cosmetic and I would have to pay. However, she did remove a mole from under arm and sent it to be tested. I then contacted my insurance and they told me that removing the ones on my face would be covered and if the dermatologist was not sure, they could submit for pre approval. When I call... read more

I was nervous about my skin condition and called early morning asking for a call if they have an opening become available. They got me in that day and were so kind, caring, and attentive. They listened to me, made me feel like a person, not just a patient. This is the most fantastic doctors office visit I've ever had. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR PRACTICE TO ANYONE! Thank you so much!
