I originally visited Dr. Hernandez for randomly onset floaters around 2017 (same-day). During the pandemic, I was seen for an emergent appointment and treated with such compasion and care during one of the darkest times. During my last visit, I told Dr. Hernandez that I would be moving and although she didn't have a trusted colleague she could refer me to, out of state, she explained in great detail what to do immediately to get a quality provider for my circumstances. Dr. Cyndi Hernandez doesn’t really care about their patients or she might be selective I saw her to check my eyes, my eyes were bothering me and I was seeing light flashes and spots. When I tried to tell her what’s happening with my eyes she didn’t let me finish or gave me an answer. She got me waiting in rooms to swap me to the next room for another “test”. I was a patient of Dr. Hernandez thru the Blue Cross health care system. I ask her to sign a simple piece of paperwork that stated my eyes reacted to light stimuli (the reason for my visit in the first place). She refused to sign the paperwork without receiving $75 to sign the paperwork. This is ridiculous to me when I stated this was the reason for my visit in the first place.
