Cindy has been less than helpful when we moved. We were told we needed a new roof (21 year old roof with 30 year shingles) to insure our new house given 1 1/2 months to get it replaced. We couldn’t get scheduled in with a roofer until two weeks after this timeline. Cindy would not help us get an extension for the two weeks and told us we needed to get a new insurance company.
