"I've been a patient here for eight years, but my last visit was so bad I'm switching providers. I had an appointment with Dr. Brown at 1:40. I arrived at 1:30 and was told they don't cover workers' compensation. I had to step outside for five minutes to call my primary insurance. When I came back with my insurance card, I was charged and taken to a walk-in provider named Jasmine instead. She refused to give me any pain medication for what was a five-out-of-eight pain level.
