This place helped me so much! I had a broken gold chain necklace that had broke.. and they gave me all the options I needed to be able to fix it. I decided to just have them do a quick repair so I could wear it right away. They got it repaired perfectly and I left a happy customer with my chain around my neck. Thank you! Highly recommend!!!
Went to Zales needing a battery for an old Citizen watch I bought from Zales many years ago. Staff at Zales referred me to Cindi’s. Cindi’s put a battery in my watch but it still did not work. Cindi’s noticed some corrosion and cleaned it but still did not work. Cindi’s charges something like $21 to put a new battery in a watch but they did not charge me since it did not work. This was a very nice experience and they shrunk my watch for me successfully.
Cindi and Brenda had amazing customer service They were very helpful and quick and fast with resizing my watch. Will be back again!
