I went in planning to get my ring resized, but instead of just doing the service, she took the time to educate me on a better temporary option until I get my band. She attached a spacer for me and thoroughly explained why she recommended it, which I really appreciated. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely wants to help instead of just making a sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and experienced jeweler!
Cindi was very nice and took care of me right away. My sterling silver ring was severely bent and had been worn for many years. She was able to straighten (put it back into shape) it out in just a few minutes.
