So we started using this company about 6 months ago. They started out pretty good, but here of late one of there employees did not vacuum our family room which the carpet was full of dog hair. We called and they did offer to come back and clean but I had already vacuumed it up. We asked for a refund of some money and was offered only $10 off our next cleaning. On the day of our next cleaning we get a text from the owner at 2:36pm canceling our 3pm cleaning. Which i thought was a bit unprofessional to last minute cancel. But ... read more

Cinderella’s Cleaning always does a great job cleaning our home. We’ve had Ari clean for us, and she does a great job. She will ask if there are any areas we’d like her to focus on and is always open to our feedback. The entire team at Cinderella’s Cleaning has been great. If you are looking for help to clean your home, you can’t do better than Cinderella’s Cleaning.
Woman or company. She will hire people, & then ghost them once they buy a uniform & get a start date. Has happened more than once! Shame on you!!
