I had such a wonderful experience at this store. The lovely lady who served me was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She acknowledged me straight away and kindly let me know she would be with me shortly while assisting other customers, which I really appreciated. While I was trying on dresses, she regularly checked in to make sure everything was fitting well and offered assistance whenever I needed it. Great experience with my wedding dress with Carmel at Cinderellas. I had wasted time and money buying two dresses online, they were awful. I then went to Cinderellas and we ordered a dress, Carmel altered it to fit and flatter my shape and it looked beautiful! It only took a couple of fittings and it was perfect. Carmel was wonderful, adjusting Mums outfit too. I highly recommend Cinderella’s.
