Great experience with my wedding dress with Carmel at Cinderellas. I had wasted time and money buying two dresses online, they were awful. I then went to Cinderellas and we ordered a dress, Carmel altered it to fit and flatter my shape and it looked beautiful! It only took a couple of fittings and it was perfect. Carmel was wonderful, adjusting Mums outfit too. I highly recommend Cinderella’s.
Went in to try wedding dresses on - absolutely fabulous service. Completely catered to on every level!
If i could give a negative review i would. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Rude to my mother, arrogant to me...would not recommend to anyone. Do yourself a favour and stay clear from her

WARNING don't make the same mistake I did! First red flag was arriving to the shop at 10am opening time like it says on the website for the lady to finally rock up at 10:45am! After getting my dress checked etc, I asked for a quote / exact price I was looking at so I could write it down, as I was planning a wedding so obviously needed to be aware of what money was going where.
