The shape and French tip design and color all seemed so weird. This is $64+20% tips… Will never come again. The shape is uneven across different nails The French tips are inconsistent. Some are thicker, some thinner The color is uneven, with noticeable differences in depth and opacity The thickness varies from nail to nail Most importantly, the surface is not smooth. Every nail feels bumpy when you touch it Some nails are applied at slightly upward angles, while others tilt downward
Pedicure felt very rushed. First we were quoted $20 for gel on pedi then it was increased to $25 when we picked our color. Polish very far from cuticle and looks grown out one day later. Didn’t take the time to proper cuticle treatment and my cuticles look undone on one big toe. We Didn’t complain while we were there. Very expensive for the quickest and worst pedi I have ever gotten.
Pedicure went well. But still had skin pealing of my feet when finished. Polish didn't fully cover toes, so it looked as if I had my feet done over a week ago. Asked for a full set. They used a gel instead of acrylic. When I put my nails under the lamp after each finger, it burnt so bad. Literally torture. My nails weren't smooth. One crooked. Ask to fix it and that didn't happen. Was still crooked. It took them about two hours to finish my nails. My daughter got a full set and she wasn't happy. They didnt push back cuticles... read more
Felt very rushed. Nail tech cut the side of my finger while filing and now finger is swollen and infected. It hurts so bad.
I took my two daughters and myself for Valentines Manicures and it was a great experience!
