Ridiculous prices and an up charge for everything including new colors! They really want u to use the old colors, $20 extra for gel on pedi is a crazy amount $10 is understandable but $20 is crazy! Will not be going back and will be telling all of my friends! Update tried them again today for my daughter to get her nails painted it was a good price but the staff is extremely rude and would not even talk to us the whole time l. I had a pedicure yesterday evening, I called today to let them know my toe nails were cut far too short and an infection is starting. The woman who answered was rude and told me to go to a doctor. Did not offer a single thing or apologize.
I got my nails done and immediately realized that the nails looked like I had them on for a few days, and it was less than a day. I went back the next day to let them know that I wasn’t happy with the nails, after much debate, the owner and the nail tech who did my nails decided that they couldn’t fix it because they felt they looked fine. I will not be returning.

Very POOR customer service. Got gel manicure and pedicure for my daughter and myself on Thursday morning. Portion of thumb nail peeled off on Friday. Went in Saturday morning to get repair (which I would have paid for without question). Man at desk said your nail broke. I said no the gel peeled off. He seemed irritated that I was there.
