New to the area and decided to try here after going to Flower City Nails and Spa. Biggest mistake ever!! Paid $200+ for a pedicure and a gel polish fill. I will say, the man who did my nails did amazing with the shape however my nail broke in half not even a week later and I went in to get it fixed and they closed early for no reason. Just because they felt like it even though their hours say 7:30pm. Absolutely awful! He did an excellent job, including a repair for a badly broken nail. Loved the spa pedicure, and the shoulder massage with the gel manicure was the best I’ve ever had at a nail salon.

I am not one to give reviews but this was not a good experience. I felt so rushed & disrespected, especially considering it wasn’t busy at all. The tech was rude & pushy, and it was painful. This wasn’t worth $79 at all for a gel manicure and pedicure.

I had a pretty terrible pedicure experience about a year back but I unfortunately made the decision to give them another chance. After spending almost $100 on a gel pedicure, every single nail had peeled off within 10 days. The first came off less than a week later. It looked awful right off the bat with the polish being up on my cuticles but for gel to last such a short time is baffling. Spend your money elsewhere.
