Highly dissapointed. I have heard horrid things about this place but I had a gift card and just wanted a simple polish change since I'm not a fan of pedicures. I thought, how bad can it be if I just want a polish change on my toes? When I tell u I will not wear sandals til they grow out I am not joking. I'm a runner and like to keep my toe nails shorter in general. I maintain the length myself. The guy asked me if I wanted them clipped. I said no, I like them short so they are fine. Very rude No customer service at all!Lady who answered phone had an attitude! Never recommend !
The worst mani pedi I have ever received. They didn’t clean or soak my nails. I had to ask for my cuticles to be done. Whatever substance they used on my feet have my feet feeling hard and crusty. 90.00 dollars for my hands and feet to look worse then they did when I got in. I knew better when I walked in the door and saw the conditions were not as clean as I am accustomed to. Never again!
Great customer service, I would suggest this place for basic services of hands and feet. These are my real nails that ended up chipped by the end of the day. I had to go somewhere else to get my nails repaired and repainted.
If I could give zero stars I would the guy scrubbed my legs for pedicure for a total of 30 seconds didn’t understand one bit of anything I said even regarding my nails I said I want my nail files evenly to match the other nails and he was mind blown. He legit looked like he was gonna fall asleep and fall face first in the water. Cuts all over his hands no gloves.
