If I could give a negative -3 I would. Okay heres the thing about me I dont complain unless necessary but this nail salon just kept on pushing me over the edge. At the start I just wanted to get my gel x nails that were done at a different place taken off because they broke a little then get a new set of gel x. But once she took the nails off I just wanted to get gel. Once she started to cut the cuticles I told her that it hurted me. I love my nail and the service was great!
The same day I noticed my actual nail was half way glued on. On another finger the tip wasn’t stuck to the gel polish, 3 nails are crooked, one nail chipped within 24 hours.
