I spoke directly with the owner of the company instead of some call center, the woman [Aileen] was well spoken and knowledgeable, not some secretary that would have to "get back to me". They sent 1 girl whom I know by name, not a team which the last time I had a team come, it seemed like one of the girls was always sitting around or talking on her phone or outside smoking.
