We have a five-year-old home. This is the worst floor of any home in which I've lived. about year one, the spaces between tiles (laminate) started buckling in a few areas, gradually popping up all over. We visited on two occasions, months apart, for different projects. On the first visit, the saleswoman pointed and said, "Here are the carpet samples" and then ignored us after that. So on the second visit, we tried a strategy that has proven to be quite useful. A different saleswoman engaged us in conversation and we explained that we were looking for inexpensive carpet for a small home office. Such nice and knowledgeable folks! Kindness abounds... my knees were killing me so I asked for a rolling chair to be able to keep looking at tiles... no sweat! Got a chair and all the help anyone could use! They even have tiles you can custom design for your own color scheme! Amazing!
