My first time at the store. I never give out bad reviews but I feel like I have to this time. I wanted to buy a dress for both my daughter and I but ended up not purchasing them because the lady was very rude. It’s sad to see a store owner not trying to fix the issue and instead blaming the customers and making excuses for the employee. We arrived and browsed without any assistance. My girl finally found a gown and was told the dress wouldn’t fit her because it’s a zero. My girl is a zero. We left without purchasing that day and returned several days later for a second chance. Same story. No help, and when we found the same employee and she told my girl another dress would be too small for her. She’s 115 lbs and 00petite in most brands! This woman has NO business selling gowns.
