Beware from this place! They SCAMMED ME! Took my money and demanded I buy a dress there when I was expecting a phone call from them. She stated “she was never going to call me” what kind of customer service is that? Let’s make this business famous and put them on tik tok so people can take their business elsewhere.
Took my daughter in for her prom dress. She was very happy with the service and wife selection. Great that they have a seamstress on site.
First time at Cinderella's, loved the customer service and inventory. Blanca was wonderful! She helped my daughter find the perfect dress for her prom. She was very honest, professional, personable, and thoughtful when assisting us. Directed us to the right variety, offered her sincere opinion when asked, and was just an easy person to work with who gave us the comfort in finding what we needed! A very happy customer!
