I was grateful to be fitted in at the last minute, and the technician was very bubbly and reassuring throughout the appointment. Unfortunately, the outcome was a big let down. The full set took over an hour and a half, and despite being told she had years of experience, the final result was not good. On completion, the glue caused stinging in my eyes and the lashes felt uncomfortable and spiky when I closed my eyes. They were also badly clumped together. Terrible service! Booked an eyebrow threading appointment arrived and was told the threading therapist had left and was offered an eyebrow wax. I don’t do waxing as my skin reacts badly. Had the appointment booked for my gender reveal the following day.

I came in a couple months ago. Worst facial ever lol. I was literally in pain for 40mins. She was squeezing my blackheads so hard I told her to just leave them 🤣 painful as. Not sure what the facial technique was pulling my fingers and pounding my face but it was actually horrible. Have had such nice relaxing facials before so I was so surprised I didn’t know what was going on lmao. It was a gift so I’m not sure what the facial was called but it was super unpleasant.
