Took about 3 weeks to get an appointment. Tech came and said fireplace was fine after he looked at it and turned it on. Tech said we could call for a year after service. Flame diminished about 20 minutes after he left. Called to ask about it. The arrogant, condescending gentleman that I spoke with was not helpful and really not interested in providing any kind of customer service.
