Phoned and was put on hold for 24 mins and never did answer. Called back and staff said “oh I don’t even see it was blinking” and then was upset that I was not pleased about being out on hold. Then didn’t have correct card number (very old one on file) even tho I just had 2 prescriptions filled within the last 3 months. I am writing to complain about Cinden Pharmacy for excessively overcharging for a prescribed compound medication and refusing to provide a refund. Address of pharmacy: 123 A Scurfield Blvd., Winnipeg, MB R3Y 1L6 In March 2025, I was charged $97 at Cinden Pharmacy for a compound cream. Shortly afterward, I purchased the exact same compound cream from Shoppers Drug Mart for $43. This represents an overcharge of nearly 60%, or $54 more for the same medication.
