Home owner experience...giving 2-stars b/c their location is convenient and they have a large selection of equipment. Where CincyToolRental fails is customer service and reliability. Tried renting a *****to haul stones (reserved 2 weeks in advance) and the machine was not available on the day. The front desk person could not find the reservation. In both cases we could not fulfill your reservation because the customer before you did not return the equipment when they were suppose to and they did not inform us they were keeping it longer. This is very rare almost all of our customers know to call when they are keeping things longer . I sincerely apologize . We have a 50 year history of satisfied customers and I know if you try us again you will walk away happy. Thank you for your past business.
