Rented a tiller with no issues. But saw in the store they were selling new *****weed eaters. I bought one and used it for 2 months and it quit working. They wont fix it or replace it because they said I used bad gas. I have used the same gas can and same 2cycle fuel mix for all my small engines without problems. I wont use them for anything ever again! Beware! The unit brought in had no oil in the gas. The engine was ruined due to no lubrication (no oil in the gas). Home owner experience...giving 2-stars b/c their location is convenient and they have a large selection of equipment. Where CincyToolRental fails is customer service and reliability. Tried renting a *****to haul stones (reserved 2 weeks in advance) and the machine was not available on the day. The front desk person could not find the reservation. In both cases we could not fulfill your reservation because the customer before you did not return the equipment when they were suppose to and they did not inform us they were keeping it longer. This is very rare almost all of our customers know to call when they are keeping things longer . I sincerely apologize .
