If I could leave no Stars I would. I had an appointment set. I never received a call to confirm my appointment. I called them to see what was going on and I was told their system went down and that all appointments were lost due to this. Which it seems to be their excuse every time they do something wrong. They tell you that if you don't want something done, they will not see you. The let your PA expire and then your insurance does not want to pay out again and they tell you. My grandsons were patients here until recently. The dental care itself was okay although the last visit the male dentist was not friendly and rushed us through the appointment. What is awful about this place is dealing with the staff to get appointments scheduled. Last summer I had called and made appointments and we showed up only to find out that we weren't scheduled for the day because a whole bunch of appointments had been dropped from the calendar and they didn't know who to call.
