Mike and his crew came out, leveled the area and put my above ground pool in and completed it in 2 days. The pool looks absolutely awesome, something we could never have done. If you are looking for a professional, hard working pool pros you better be calling these guys, they are the very best.
We meet with him on a Saturday he said he would have drawings and pictures sep ton Monday still have not received anything. I am not sure why you would schedule an appointment come out spend time marking a yard and then never follow up.
This company has far exceeded my expectations. I looked at many companies before finally selecting cincy pools. I first love they provide a pool install with 45 days of signing a contract and the complete all work even landscaping (concrete around the pool). We are currently in our build process now, but the entire crew has worked incredibly hard every single day. I HIGHLY suggest them. Came out to bid on job told me he would get me drawing and submit over weekend Monday came and went waited 2 more weeks called said he would get me drawing and info for financing nothing and has since ghosted me!! Does answer or respond to text or calls . Not the customer service I would expect from a company . If he would have just called back to say he could not do the job this year would have been fine we weren’t in any hurry just wanted to get on the books . I'd give a zero if I could. If you live on the WEST SIDE, do not even attempt to get service. They will stand you up and stop responding because it's too far for them, apparently. Horrible business.
