customer service disapointing – Deeply disappointed in the customer service here. They made errors in installing and testing my remote starter. Had to come back to have it fixed and told them I wanted them to make it right due to the pain of having to come back and was promised by two employees over the phone beforehand that they would do everything to make it right. great place for CUSTOMER SERVICES – My brother and I received such great service at Cincy Car Audio. Bob and his crew tried very hard to make us happy with their products and their services. My brother doesn't speak English very well and I have to interpret for him. Here I was, didn't know anything about how speaker systems work, Bod tried to explain me from the basis using a very plain terminology. He even drew a picture to aid with my understanding. great place for AUTOMATIC START – i received such great, prompt service at Cincy Car Audio. AND Rick did a great job at showing me my automatic start options. he took the time to go through advantages and disadvantages for each product, and was patient as i made my decision. PLUS, the team is so attentive and they truly stand by their product. whenever i had questions, they were answered clearly; two years later when i had a problem, they took efficient care of it! Great Customer Service!!! – I was down at Cincy Car Audio. I ask the guy at the counter a few questions and he showed me one of the installs. This thing was HOT! has a PS3, 2 12" Subs and beleive it or not a 46" High Def. TV! I was impressed with the setup, and decided to purchase my new system from Cincy Car Audio and it POUNDS!
