The owner does a good job matching a client with the appropriate trainer. I am most familiar with Drew, but other trainers are great too. Drew guides clients through exercises that match their goals and capabilities. He is focused the entire session and explains the why for the exercise and specific form. The price is fair and the plans are flexible. Cincy 360 and Drew have made a huge impact on my overall physical fitness and I highly recommend them.

First time going to a personal trainer and I am LOVING it. The entire crew is so supportive and jazzed to be there and to help me achieve my goals. Rae is my trainer and she puts so much thought into the workout she designs for me. Best present to myself ever.
If you are looking for a personal gym with enthusiastic and knowledgeable personal trainers, you will find it at Cincy360Fitness. I train with Josh, and Drew, and I value the relationship I have with them and the other trainers. They are all very supportive and friendly as well. They have made eating clean, and healthy living a way of life. I love the camaraderie of Boot Camp and training in general and it's a great way to get your workout in with other great clients.
Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Great trainers who care about you and build a plan based on what you want and need. They have been ideal for me, my wife, and my teenage son.
