Our girl was well taken care of in boarding. Love the camera feature in the run. I could look in on her anytime. The staff was great to her! I happened to see a staff member lean down for a smooch when returning from an outside visit. Everything was great!!
I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and lack of transparency I experienced. I brought my dog Astro in for a urinary obstruction, a very serious and painful condition. X-rays were taken and confirmed the presence of stones. The very next day, I had to bring him back for the same issue, and instead of moving forward with the already discussed plan, they repeated the X-rays again.
