I set an appointment through the online system and I got a confirmation emai. I had to be absent from work in the morning and when I arrived at the Vet Hospital I got the information that my appointment is in a different date. I have the email from the system confirming the appointment today. I was treated poorly by the recepcionist trying to dismiss my claim by showing that their system is showing a different date. Horrible Services.
my visit there was amazing! Jason was so wonderful listening to my concerns and addressed them all and then some. I really appreciate the entire visit and how everyone was with my girl! And Jason even called me the next day to check on my girl and make sure she did well on the medication she got! Wonderful service, Wonderful vet practice!
I have been going to another vet for years, but I had an emergency for my dog & they couldn’t see him. I found Cinco Ranch Veterinary Hospital & made an online appointment within an hour. I filled out all paperwork, etc online. When we arrived, he was already checked in. Both the staff and Dr. Catherine Gresham were amazing. It was my first time using the boarding service for my cat. I dropped off my cat on Friday, but the accommodation I scheduled was not the best. So, I upgraded for the top, a nice 3 spaces to walk and see througth the window to the lobby. For my surprise, when picking up my cat today, Tuesday, I found him still in the botton corner of the room were he was left initially.
