Cinco Ranch is really bad and unresponsive. If they don't like the concerns presented to them, their apathy and neglect is a significant as democrat and a republican QAnon CPAC convention. The board members and management will simply lie to you to squelch the issues and go out their way to ensure you receive no help. You simply have not had a problem yet.
We love it here. The association doesn't get everything right but in comparison to other areas we have fantastic facilities.
