Sunrise has been very professional and with several of our children being doctors who are very meticulous with their Mother determined their protocols for Covid has prevented them from having any cases within the residents during the pandemic. All residents received their Pfizer shots in January and February of this year. Poor administration. Administration was very much doing the hard sell. Corporate office does minimum to stay within legal limits of COVID precautions, but does not require staff testing once COVID is identified in homes in Texas. The staff appears disinterested. Safety was a big concern in the decision. Look elsewhere. COVID Hotspot!
Please check on your love ones in long term care facilities, this facility has several positive cases of COVID 19
If you're in need of housing a loved one for long term, please bypass this community. Administration doesn't care how staff talks or cares for the patient. The food is horrible, the activities department doesn't have anything to engage the patients. Its a neglected place to have a loved one spend the last moments. It may be 2 that actually care for the patient genuinely.
