It’s been almost 4 years, since original claim was submitted with in the 1 year mark. They couldn’t finish work. Finals after 39 month they started, today they walked away and still didn’t finish as they keep throwing away parts and can’t finish work. I miss and leave work to be here for appointments. Districts manager or who ever Anthony is said he didn’t care if I got a lawyer, so I guess we shall let courts settle the matter. 1 year let alone 4 years isn’t a timely matter. My husband and I moved back in July 2020 so we’ve been here for a good two years now and we love it! It is a safe community but I will say the building quality could improve a bit. So far we’ve only had minor interior issues that have been somewhat of a quick fix. At one point we did have to redo our driveway because it was cracking but thankfully that was done under the warranty.
