Frequent appointment reschedules, long wait times (1.5 hours for a physical), and very long times to get in to be seen for any acute condition. I’ve basically just always ended up going to urgent care. I’ll be finding a new office in 2026.
I’m wondering about the purpose of scheduling a tele-visit for 2:15 PM when it’s now 2:44 PM and I’m still waiting. Delays like this can feel disrespectful and disorganized from a patient’s perspective, especially since we also have other commitments.
Physican Assistant Alex P. was amazing! I went in for unexpected migranes, she did an amazing job listening to her patient. I would highly highly recommend her! She was very thorough and knows her stuff.
On a visit, the nurses aid opened the door while I was changing, exposing myself to the nurses area and back hall. They didn't apologize. They then stated that I was taking too much of a medication that treats hypothyroidism, when I never and have no record of taking said medicine. I corrected them, and they only stated they would call back (they've yet to) They also ignored high levels of certain markers, and yet stated it was normal, even when their own scale states it was abnormally high and should be treated.
