We were set to close yesterday at 12 noon, the lawyer who does their legal title work, also represented the seller, and they delayed the closing so long our purchase contract lapsed, and the seller, on advise from his attorney, no longer wanted to sell. BUYER BEWARE !!! INVESTORS BEWARE!!! I have been involved in a lot of real estate deals, and this is the most unprofessional conflict of interest I have ever seen. I would be wary to take a great investment deal here.
