This office is small but so personal! I loved Peggy and Sandy today. They had such great personalities it was almost surreal. Now a days when you go into some businesses people are simply there to do a job, nothing more just get in and get out. They don’t care to have any type of real conversation and could care less. Not these ladies though. They honestly made my day. They were professional but caring. I recommend this location to everyone in the Cincinnati area.
I was a previous employee at CCHMC and always has a pleasant experience with my wic colleagues Well years later im an expecting mother. I left UC hospital 9:45 since wic opens at 10 Ppc lobby was full so I waited by the wic door 10 rolled around doors ajar but lights off Totally fine no worries Well the very woman who I was excited to see is the very woman that made me realize why patients ised to be frustrated. Never answers the phone or never respond back to any voicemails! They are the closest Wic to me and I can’t even get my newborn an appointment
Went completely downhill. These people are so rude and disrespectful and Children's hospital will not do anything about it.
