I ordered two birth certificates on June 26, 2024, using the website, and was immediately charged $45.95. It is now August 19, 2024, and they still have not arrived in the mail. I also tried to call, listened to the telephone tree two times, and could not figure out how to actually talk with someone. There is always the possibility I made an error.
