Very rude and unprofessional.
Obviously the services they provide gets done, however the workers behind the counter are beyond rude. We went to receive a client’s birth certificate due to the client losing track of it. Fine. We walk in to do so and they are short, acting as if us asking questions is a bother, snapping at my client, etc. Beyond insane for a public facility.
Ordered my birth certificate and got a email confirming it's ready and will be mailed to me. I moved out of state, it's been over a month and no birth certificate. Cannot get a human on the phone. They should not have mail option if they do not mail it.
If I could give zero stars the fact that I ordered my 6 month old child’s birth certificate and no id was even asked for. The employees have clearly no concern for identity theft of any kind and I have left multiple messages and emails bc this is cause for concern, if they can’t get a simple name correct, this needs to go higher than the city. I’m sure I’m not the only one this has happened to and I won’t be the last. They ask for a file number and the employee just hands it to them no worry for any double checking.. even wh... read more
It's October 9th I ordered my mother's death certificate August 20th so that's 50 days, county labor day that's 35 business days. If I remember the instructions said I would receive it in 20 business days. The whole city of Cincinnati since my mother's passing has treated me as if I was the most worthless piece of crap in the universe. I mean I can see that, clearly I don't have family anymore.
