I ordered two birth certificates on June 26, 2024, using the website, and was immediately charged $45.95. It is now August 19, 2024, and they still have not arrived in the mail. I also tried to call, listened to the telephone tree two times, and could not figure out how to actually talk with someone. There is always the possibility I made an error. I ordered my birth certificates online 12/1/23 And I haven’t received it yet.. and they it would take up to 5-7 days and it been 2 weeks and I still didn’t receive them
It was quick and easy. No lines,you fill out the form on a computer, pay. Take the receipt to the window, they ask a couple of questions and she printed the certificate. It cost $22.00 for a birth certificate and $27.00 for a death certificate. It took less than twenty minutes.
